My submission depicts an unwinnable situation.

Even if you solve the Problem your gonna down!
Even if the soldier could kill the griffin he would fall to death!

It's a really dark and pesimistic dream, which is intended to show daily problems in general and in working situations.
Just drawing a cool and beautiful picture can be very nice but showing the feelings and dreams of oneself awakens more emotions than only "look, thats a nice picture".

What I want to say ,and what I wanted to show in my pic, is that you have to make the dreams and feelings touchable for the viewer.
The submission itself is meaningless untill you read the description of it but when you've done that, you can easily comprehend the feelings which I had by dreaming or thinking about this content

I hope my text isn't that confusing, because these are just my first impressions and a twisted clutter.

I love the griffin. And I root for it, even though it's already nearly gone.

Ah,,, the blood drops look so straight,, like arrow shafts. But, I see what you mean now. Either way, a Great Pic! So epic, it makes me wonder how it all happened, what drew them together,,,. Of course, I tend to novelize pictures. And, imagine sequils. That is a hint, hehe.

I concur: Epic! Wonderfull work, very atmospheric. I gotta ask, though, are those broken arrows in the guy's back? They both look totally screwed but are not going out without a fight! To me, that is also the point: never make it easy for your enemy!

But -if I understood you right- the guy has no arrows, but when I think a moment about it, then I notice that it would work ,too.
Well, they were intended to be blood splashes coming out of a slash caused by the griffin.

I hope it isn't misleading
